What's the Catch?
We love giving back to our supporters, which is why we’re holding this exclusive pre-launch promo to all of you! On April 25-27, we’ll be at the Singapore Pet Expo 2025, and we’d love to showcase your artwork. Our goal is to feature around 50-100 artworks from our amazing supporters and customers at this event. It would be our honor to include your artwork in this big event, as well as feature it on our social media and website!
How It Works
1. Start Your Order – Click here to visit our product page and place your order.
2. Provide Your Photo – Upload your photo when placing the order or email to contact@amberartgallery.sg
3. Customize Your Artwork – Personalize it with your pet’s name and choose your preferred background color.
4. Artwork Creation Begins – We’ll share periodic updates with drafts and mock-ups. Feel free to request edits to make it absolutely perfect!
5. Approve & Receive Your Masterpiece – Once you approve the final artwork, we’ll arrange for courier delivery straight to your doorstep!
6. Show It Off! - Take photos of your artwork with your pet/loved ones and show it off to the world! Tag us @amberartgallerysg

1. How many edits are allowed?
We offer up to three minor revisions to ensure your artwork meets your expectations. If you have specific requests, please share them early in the process!
2. Will the artwork be an exact replica of my photo?
Our artists carefully interpret each photo to create a unique, artistic rendition rather than an exact replica. If you have specific preferences—such as colors, details, or adjustments—please let us know before we begin!
3. How long does it take to complete my artwork?
The standard processing time is approximately 2 weeks, depending on our current order queue. If you need your artwork by a specific date, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
4. How long do i have to submit my photo?
Your order is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. If you need more time, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate extensions when possible!
5. What if I'm not satisfied with my artwork? Can I request refund?
Because each artwork is custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, we strive to ensure you’re completely happy with your piece! Once the draft is ready, we will share it with you, allowing up to three minor revisions to refine the details. If you have specific preferences, please share them in advance so we can create something you’ll love. 😊
6. Is the delivery free? How will my artwork be shipped?
Yes! Delivery is completely free. We use a reliable courier service to ensure your artwork arrives safely at your doorstep. Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor its journey.
7. Can I add more pets or humans to the artwork?
Yes! We can include multiple pets or human figures in a single artwork. If you don’t see the option on our website, feel free to contact us for a custom request.
8. Do you offer larger sizes or different print materials?
Absolutely! Our artworks come in various sizes and can be printed on art card or canvas. If you need a specific size, material, or customization that’s not listed, just reach out—we’re happy to help!
